Requirements
- Module 1 (first semester): Beginners without previous knowledge of Russian.
- Module 2 (second semester): A1 level, according to the Common European Frame of Reference (including passive active command of the Cyrillic alphabet))

- Four hours per week (4SWS) for two semesters.
Course description
- The course leads to A2 level language competence, according to the Common European Frame of Reference. Students
- learn the fundamental rules of Russian
- acquire elementary competences in spoken and written language

Examinable components
- UNIcert® Basis exam at the end of the second semester:
- Reading (30 minutes)
- Writing (35 minutes
- Listening (15 minutes)
- Speaking (10 minutes)
- In order to register for the exam, 75% course attendance is required.
